Objectif:

Certaines dales de platres sont à remplacer. C’est un modèle qu’on ne retrouvera pas facilement sur le marché.

Le job sera alors de modéliser la plaque en 3D et de reproduire la forme à la CNC.

La modélisation est rapide, 30 min pour mesurer et reproduire en 3D.

+ achat de fraises spéciales pour gagner du tps.

steps to produce 10

  • precut @gedebois 10x 300x300x18mm MDF
  • Fix leftover MP 12mm
  • Do a profiling job “in” same size of the tile (300x300)
  • Add the tile, have to be tight
  • Fix other leftover and use a wedge to clamp the tile in place. image

  • First pocketing job with 25mm tool bit,
  • Unclamp, new tile, pocketing, 10 times. image

  • Cleaning profiling, 3mm straight tool, Also 10x image image

  • Last job, Chamfer, 90°, 3mm down image

  • Pack, take care to protect the edges, MDF is soft image

This job will be paint and place as replacement for broken tiles.

Timings:

- clamping setup, 30 min - pocketing, 8 min/pc - profiling, 2 min/pc - chamfer, 1 min/pc + 3x 5 min in between to change tools, gcode and Z homing
